The Report Card of each lawyer is based upon the ratings of six factors. Each Factor is comprised of professionally developed items that are important to Clients. The Profile is computed based upon the well understood college grading system used in the US and internationally. The importance of the rating factors has been reviewed by ARC Faculty Advisors who include Clients, Decision Makers, Peers, Experts and Staff. Decision Makers engages the views of judges, arbitrators and jurors.
